Hi! I am Trisha. You may know me from the 9:30 lift class at the House PDX. My love for dance and fitness are combined to create a fun experience for everyone. We will groove to upbeat music while getting a cardio burn that will feel more like a party than exercise. With easy-to-follow choreography and an emphasis on fun you will leave feeling energized!
