About Us

Form, purpose, and the connection between mind and body.

We see the person in front of us before we see the workout. Every session is coached, every movement has a reason, and every load is scaled to you. We are not here to make you sore for a week. We are here to build a body that holds up for decades.

01   Precision

Loads scaled to where you actually are, positions corrected in real time. Form first is not a beginner rule here. It is the standard at every weight.

02   Mindset

You get the why, not just the what. Before a session starts you know what it is for, how it should feel, and where to push. Walking in with a plan is the difference between surviving a workout and training.

03   Community

Same workout, same room, same hour. You are next to people working just as hard, and that energy carries you further than you would have gone on your own.

In their words

Why people stay.

“The anxiety I used to experience is now replaced with excitement and anticipation.”

Zoe W.

“My back used to go out regularly, and since starting The House, it hasn’t been a problem.”

Erin L.

“I went from being motivated by what my body looks like, to what my body can do.”

How we train

Nothing in a session is there by accident.

The cycle

Twelve weeks, four phases. Three weeks building stability and movement quality, then strength, then power, then strength endurance. Each phase sets up the next, and your working weights come off your own numbers. Start in any week — the cycle picks you up where it is.

The week

Every week covers heavy strength, power and speed, single-side work, and conditioning. They are spread across the week on purpose, so hard days have something to recover into and nothing competes with itself. Come three days and you still get the whole picture.

Before you talk yourself out of it

What actually happens in your first class

What to bring, what the 55 minutes look like, and why nervous is normal.

Starting from zero

You do not need to be fit to start

Most people walk in having not trained in years, or ever. The barbell is whatever it needs to be on day one, including empty.

How we scale →
Working around something

Bad back, bad knee, old surgery

Tell your coach and the session gets modified, not skipped. Half the room is training around something.
