Last month’s Mobility Class with Coach Meghan was packed, and we loved seeing so many of you show up to take care of your bodies in a different way... So we’re keeping it going in May!
We’ll be offering two mobility sessions this month: Saturday, May 4th and Saturday, May 18th. These classes are all about slowing down, tuning in, and giving your body the attention it needs to move and recover well.
Get it on your calendar, show up, and give yourself the care you’ve earned. Don’t forget a mat!
