In-House Classes

From light weight to heavy weight, power to strength, form and control to high calorie outputs, we have every option anyone would need to progress in their strength training journey. We have 40 classes a week in-house, along with a variety of membership options depending on your schedule. Classes are led by some of the most knowledgeable fitness professionals in the industry.


SHRED Classes

SHRED is back! This bodybuilding program meets on Mondays (lower body) and Wednesdays (upper body), with your coach working out right alongside you. Designed to build muscle and increase strength, SHRED is included with your membership, so you can mix it into your regular workouts. Ready to pack on mass? This class is for you!


Restorative Classes

Join us on Sundays for our Restorative Class, featuring yoga, mobility & breathing, and special events such as workshops, guest instructors, and themed sessions for unique and enriching experiences. Your normal House membership will gain you access to these classes the same way you’d sign up for our other classes.

Wildcard Weekends

Wildcard Weekends bring a unique twist to your training, with workouts fully programmed by the coach for the day. These sessions can serve a variety of purposes—whether it’s active recovery, extra conditioning, power production, or athletic performance.

Since these workouts are designed independently by the coach, they may not always align with The House’s structured programming for Saturday or the upcoming Monday, making them a great opportunity to mix things up, challenge yourself in new ways, and explore different training styles.

Each location’s Wildcard Weekend workout is different and tailored based on the coach’s focus.

Personal Training

We understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and personal attention can make all the difference. If you have specific goals, limitations, or simply prefer a more private setting, our Personal Training sessions are designed with you in mind.
