On Sunday, October 15 at 9:00am, BONNIE WEEKS will be leading a Slow Flow Stretch yoga class.
Come for the stretch, leave with feeling like every part of your body got just the kind of attention it needed. We will move slowly and link movements to explore flexibility, mobility and stability. You don’t have to know yoga. Newbs are especially welcome! This class is all about making yoga accessible to someone trying it for the first time and for those who would like a slower class that still moves you in interesting ways.
