As we gear up for the upcoming Labor Day weekend, we wanted to inform you of a slight change to our class schedule on Monday, September 2nd.
Family Beach Day
Some of you were out of town for the Family Beach Day in July so we are doing it again in August so you don't have FOMO! Bring a paddle board or float, a bathing suit, a picnic, maybe a bevy, your family and friends and let's hit the river!

Core Challenge
We’ll be hosting a Core Challenge, which includes an extra 10-15 minutes of core work that can be done at home. All exercises will be posted on our Instagram stories, so be sure to follow along and join the fun!

Join us for some paddle boarding, floating, lounging, sunshine, good company and good cheer! We will meet at the beach next to the Cedaroak Boat Ramp in West Linn.
