Join Sam Davies on January 12th at 9:00am for a special yoga class to kick off the New year. Sam will be theming the entire class around the importance of slowing down and calming the nervous system. This will be an awakening and fluid vinyasa yoga experience with attention to the breath, movement, recovery and stretching.
This class is appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered accordingly.
Samuel Davies has been immersed in the fitness world as a group and personal trainer for 10 years, with experience spanning multiple gyms and yoga studios. His superpower is encouragement and energy building. He focuses on connection with the community and individuals first and foremost. Building trust and camaraderie through the communal drive to better one's self through fitness. Samuel's decade as a fitness professional has made him a big believer in the basics – “the wheels already invited”. Building quality form and a personal connection to the most straightforward squats, hinges, pulls and pushes is everything. His goals with The House are to keep consistent and passionate with his own training, grow group classes, take 1:1 clients, and make everyone feel welcomed.
