The Facility

The House Bend is a private gym located inside a 2,200 sq. ft. building located in the heart of Bend, Oregon. With well-equipped stations for both solo and partner workouts, our gym caters to all fitness levels. Classes run Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, offering dynamic 55-minute sessions that will reshape your fitness journey. Come check us out and become a member today!

In-House Classes

Whether you’re focusing on light or heavy weights, power or strength, refining form or maximizing calorie burn, we provide a comprehensive array of options to advance your strength training journey. With 31 weekly in-house classes and flexible membership choices tailored to your schedule, The House Bend ensures there’s a perfect fit for every fitness enthusiast. Guiding these sessions is Mike Van Tassel, the owner and coach of The House Bend.

SHRED Classes

We’re excited to launch SHRED, our 6-month progressive overload program designed to help you build muscle and strength. Divided into two 14-week sessions, SHRED runs until early March, with lower body workouts on Mondays and upper body on Wednesdays. What sets SHRED apart is that your coach will be working out alongside you. Accessible with your current membership, it can be seamlessly integrated into your regular House workouts. If you’re looking to add mass and increase strength, this course is for you!

Restorative Classes

Join us on Sundays for our Restorative Classes, featuring yoga and special events such as workshops, guest instructors, and themed sessions for unique and enriching experiences. Check our class schedule for specific timings and start your week on a tranquil note.

Your normal House membership will gain you access to these classes the same way you’d sign up for our other classes.
