Join the Capacity Performance Physical Therapy team at the House on Sunday December 14th at 9am for a workshop on How to “Amplify your Recovery.”
You will learn how to build a custom self care program and leave with specific mobility and stability work to move better. Likewise, during the event you will learn strategies about sleep, nutrition, hydration, and more to stay fit and feel good at the same time. Attendees will have a video library of exercises to reference and learn how to use tools like lacrosse balls, foam rolls, and massage guns. Come to learn how to move and feel better. The answer is to never skip a workout, we just have to build a wellness plan to train and recover at a high level.
