We’re excited to announce that Yoga Sundays are officially back at The House Bend, starting Sunday, May 11 at 9:30am!
We’re kicking things off with a new instructor — Bevan — who brings an incredible mix of experience, warmth, and deep knowledge to the mat. These classes will take place every second Sunday of the month, and are designed to complement your training at The House by offering a restorative reset for your body and mind.
This class is available with your membership (or available as a drop-in), and sign-ups are now live on Mindbody. Space is limited, so make sure to grab your spot.
Bring your mat, take a breath, and let’s stretch out some of that hard training together.
