Yoga Class

Join us for a morning yoga session designed to help you reset and recharge. It’s a perfect way to start your Sunday and prepare for the week ahead. This class is open to members as part of their membership and to non-members as a drop-in. The class focuses on stretching and a restorative flow, perfect for starting your Sunday feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and ready for a new week!


Kayla Heuton is a 500 E-RYT teaching yoga to her community since 2013. Yoga has taken her to India, Nepal and Indonesia where she has studied the body, mind, spirit connection through different teachers. With a background in massage therapy she has a unique insight on the body’s patterns and in being a member at the House an appreciation for balancing strength with functional mobility.

This class will be accessible to all and focused on recovery. Helping you prevent injury, create space and understand your own body’s patterns.


  • Members & Punchcard Holders: This will count as a class towards your membership.

  • Non-Members: This class will cost $25.00 for non-members.
