Samuel brings over a decade of experience as a group and personal trainer, having worked across a variety of gyms and yoga studios. His true superpower lies in his ability to inspire and energize, building strong connections with both individuals and the broader community. Samuel emphasizes trust and camaraderie, fostering a collective commitment to personal growth through fitness. A firm believer in mastering the fundamentals, he advocates for quality form and connection through simple yet powerful movements – squats, hinges, pulls, and pushes.
