We’re excited to bring Yoga Sundays back to the schedule, starting this month on the second Sunday. While Coach Kayla is out on maternity leave (congrats, Kayla!), we’ve got a new instructor stepping in to guide these restorative, feel-good sessions.
We’ll introduce them properly next month, but in the meantime, the flow and intention remain the same – time to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your body what it needs to move and recover.
Whether you're a regular or brand new to yoga, this is a great way to reset before the week ahead. Bring your mat, bring a friend, and we’ll see you there.
